The girls' middle names

We have decided on the girls' middle names. We announced them to our
family over the Christmas holiday gatherings. L's middle name will be
"Martha" after my maternal grandmother who passed away about a year
ago. She is greatly missed. R's middle name will be "Ellanora" after
Dan's maternal grandmother who is still living. It was fun to give them
a family name. We highly enjoyed sharing all the photos and video with
everyone over Christmas! It has only been 9 days since we said goodbye
to them and we're already looking forward to bringing them home. They
even had presents under the treee and ornaments hanging on the tree from
various family members and friends. Let the girl shopping begin! :)

Tomorrow will be spent up in St. Paul getting some final documents
apostilled. R's birthdate had a slight discrepancy in it, but we're
pretty sure that is fixed now. I will head to Kinkos to make lots of
copies afterwards and then will mail the documents to the agency. I'll
be glad to have that behind us so they can start translating them and
get to the court date....although Russia's Christmas is January 7th so
they will probably be busy with holiday shut-downs for the next few weeks.

Hope your Christmas was very merry! I can't believe it can possibly be
over already. It couldn't get here fast enough for the kids, but it
seemed to whiz by for us. How does that happen??
